Three projects from the south: Ronda, in Málaga, and the province of Cádiz, with Palomino, Tempranillo and Vermentino.

Revoltura has made wine in Ronda since 2025 with Tempranillo and Vermentino. Carvajal Wines and Bodega en Movimiento work in Cádiz with Palomino, Pedro Ximénez, Moscatel and Tintilla de Rota; Bodega en Movimiento does so between Sanlúcar de Barrameda and Jerez, with its first harvest in 2022.
