Marta García Luceño, from Málaga, was a sommelier for four years in London and discovered Sanlúcar's Palomino sparkling wines in Barcelona. In 2020 she moved to Sanlúcar de Barrameda, where she met Ana Hernández Pérez, and together they launched Bodega en Movimiento. The first harvest came in 2022.
They work old Palomino vines, about 80 years old, on albariza, in Marco de Jerez pagos such as Balbaína, Carrascal, Burujena and Miraflores. They make only sparkling wines by the ancestral method: a single fermentation in stainless steel that finishes in the bottle. Nothing is added, not even sulphites. About 1.800 bottles a year.
