02The shop
An old workshop full of bottles
We opened in December 2022 in a former mechanic's workshop on Calle Nueva, in Gros. Where cars used to be repaired there are now shelves of wine from small producers.
We look for honest wines, with little or no intervention, that concentrate in each bottle the personality of the variety and the terroir. For each one we know who makes it, where and how, and we love telling the story. If you tell us what you are going to eat or what you fancy, we will find the bottle together.

We look for wines that move us, and for a connection with the people who make them
Organic or biodynamic farming, hand harvesting and producers who respect biodiversity and the natural balance of the ecosystem.
Native yeasts, minimal intervention and minimal or no sulphur dioxide, so that the wine expresses the soil and the fruit.
Honest wines, with the personality of the variety, the terroir and the grower. Every vintage is different, and that is the beauty of it.
