Two projects from Toledo and La Manchuela, with uncommon local varieties and minimal-intervention wines.
Garagewine makes wine in Toledo with Airén, Cencibel, Verdoncho, Brujidera or Tinto Velasco. Gratias works Bobal, Pintaillo and Tardana in Manchuela, with organic farming and natural winemaking since its first harvest in 2009. Small productions, made with varieties that almost nobody else bottles.
