Lebulc is the project of Luca Bernasconi, who also has a wine shop and club of the same name in Ruzafa, in Valencia. There are no vineyards of its own: each wine is made with a collaborator from the Levante, between Valencia and Albacete, on calcareous soil. Temide is made with Javi Revert; Adele, with Bodega Cerrón and Monastrell from a vineyard over fifty years old.
Works with Malvasía, Moscatel, Monastrell and Garnacha from organic viticulture and hand harvest. Ferments with its own yeasts, ages in clay jars and large foudres and bottles with no additives and minimal or no sulphites.
