Ve d'Avior – Cati Ribot, Sistema Vinari – Eloi Cedó and Nicolás Lettieri work in Mallorca with native grapes: Callet, Manto Negro, Escursac, Malvasía de Banyalbufar or Premsal Blanc. Panduro splits its work between Mallorca and Jumilla, with Callet, Mantonegro and Monastrell. Few bottles and many varieties found only on the islands.
