Ibon Apezteguia and Henrik Falk describe themselves as nomads: their wines are born when they find a vineyard that moves them, always with native varieties. They began in 2018 with Callet and Mantonegro from small plots in Felanitx, Porreres and Petra, in Mallorca, and sixty-year-old dry-farmed Monastrell in Jumilla.
They farm organically, harvest by hand and make the wine at Cati Ribot's winery in Santa Margalida. They ferment with native yeasts, some whole bunches, and age six months in used 500-litre barrels. No added sulphites, unfined and unfiltered. They look for lightness.
