Arthur Fèvre was French dessert champion in 2011 and a pastry chef for ten years before moving into wine. The first vintage was made in the Maule Valley, in Chile, in 2019; the 2022 one in Jurançon; and since 2023 the wines have been made in Arthur's own winery in Orthez, in Arthur's native Béarn, at the foot of the Pyrenees.
No vineyards: buys organically grown grapes from growers in the Béarn, the Gers and the Dordogne. Ferments with indigenous yeasts in stoneware and terracotta amphorae, in stainless steel or in barrel, with no additives, no added sulphites and unfiltered. The result is whites from Gros Manseng and Colombard, reds from Syrah and Merlot and a pét-nat.
