From the South-West, the area closest to us, come Arthur Fèvre (Orthez), Le Chai Côtier and Le Bois Sacré (Jurançon, with Gros and Petit Manseng). In the Loire, Les Justices, La Sauvagère, Domaine Arana and Dominique Dufour work Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc and varieties such as Grolleau or Pineau d'Aunis. Chavost and Clément Perseval make champagne with natural methods. Rounding out the region are Clos Bateau (Beaujolais, Gamay), La Petite Empreinte (Saint-Bris, Burgundy) and Les Chais du Port de la Lune (Bordeaux).
