Joan Ramon Bada and Josep Arrufat work in Vilalba dels Arcs, in the Terra Alta, at over 400 metres, with a principle that gives the project its name: zero intervention and zero outside products. All the wine comes from their own estates.
They farm organically and biodynamically, by hand and with living cover crops, on limestone with clays and sands, lashed by the cierzo wind. Each plot and variety ferments separately with indigenous yeasts in clay amphorae or neutral tanks, and is bottled unfined, unfiltered and with no added sulphites. They are also reviving Morenillo.
