Antonella Gerosa and Massimo Marchiori, architects from Turin, left their profession to settle in Bonastre, in the Baix Penedès. In abandoned vineyards they found almost extinct Catalan varieties —Sumoll, Trepat, Garrut, Cartoixa Vermell, Subirat Parent— and decided to work all of them and bottle them separately, each with two letters on the label.
They farm dozens of micro-plots organically with biodynamic principles and harvest by hand. They ferment with native yeasts and age in old oak or stainless steel; some whites macerate on their skins for months. No added sulphites, unfined and unfiltered. They are one of the references of European natural wine.
