Five Basque and Álava producers: txakoli from Donostia and Getaria made with Hondarribi Zuri and reds from Rioja Alavesa, with organic, biodynamic or minimal-intervention work.

In Donostia, Xaban Upategia makes small batches of Hondarribi Zuri. In Getariako Txakolina, Makatzak Wild Wines makes wine from Hondarribi Zuri, Hondarribi Beltza and Hondarribi Zerratia facing the Cantabrian Sea. In Rioja Alavesa, Aitor Irazu, Raúl Bello and Azpillaga Urarte work Tempranillo, Garnacha and Viura in small plots, far from the Rioja of the big wineries. They are the wines closest to us and the ones that best suit the local cooking.
