Thierry Klok and Sylvie de Visser, a Dutch couple, left their jobs in Amsterdam and in 2019 bought an estate in Lantignié, in northern Beaujolais, between Régnié and Morgon.
They farm 5,1 hectares, mostly Gamay of about fifty years old on granite, surrounded by more than a hundred fruit trees, hedges and sheep: an agroforestry and biodynamic estate. In the cellar they use native yeasts and semi-carbonic maceration for the reds, unfined, unfiltered and with no added sulphites.
