3 hectares on schist with Chenin, Grolleau and Cabernet Franc, in certified organic farming. They ferment with indigenous yeasts and keep sulphites to a minimum. From 2025 come a Chenin aged six months in barrel, a Grolleau with carbonic maceration and a pét-nat blanc de noirs from Grolleau.
