Raúl Moreno, from Bilbao and raised among vines in the Rioja Alta, does not make wine: he takes notes on it. The @vinotas account brought him close to many people in the trade, and from there came the idea of making wine with one of those wineries: Malaparte, in Cuéllar, where Rubén Salamanca provides the winery and the craft.
Together they make limited-edition wines from grapes of special vineyards: a Viura from a 65-year-old vineyard on pebbles in La Seca, aged ten months on lees and bottled unfiltered and unstabilised, and a Listán Negro from Tenerife. Spontaneous fermentations, no corrections and minimal sulphites.
